After last nights thunderstorm the ac started blowing warm air, I shut it down, as I was concerned about possible icing on the coil and let the fan run and called Liberty first thing in the morning. They were able to have Gordon come out that day and were able to confirm no damage to the unit and everything was good to go. Thank you Gordon!   • "Came home from a trip and realized the A/C was not working. We could not get the A/C to drop below 87 degreees. Waited until 4:00 pm and finally put a call into Liberty. Amber got us an appointment the next morning. At 11:00 a.m. the next morning Timmy arrived and diagnosed that our compressor was going out. After all our A/C unit was over 20 years old. As the temperature outside was 108 and inside the house was 97 we asked how quickly we could get a new A/C. Timmy put the requirements together and sent it to the office. By 12:30 pm we had our quote and by 3:00 pm the installers were at our house installing our new A/C unit. By 5:00pm that night we were enjoying cool air again. We are so thankful for the quick service and professionalism we received from everyone at Liberty. They are the best. We would use them again if we need to but hope this new unit lasts another 20 years."

Though I wasn't expecting a technician to be able to get to me for a day or two, this technician drove all the way across the valley in traffic (about an hour commute), and he was also sick and should have been home in bed. However, he did anyways to help me since it was over 100 degrees. In addition, not only was the job done to satisfaction, but it was also A LOT less expensive than other service providers. He even went above and beyond and took care of another issue. This is a family run local business, and I highly recommend them. It's difficult to find someone you can trust, but I completely trust that they care about my wellbeing and financial situation. They are honest and open and will give you an opinion you can trust."

  • "I recently hired this company to troubleshoot and repair my AC that was not cooling. Laura was excellent in keeping in the loop as to when my tech would arrive. The tech’s name is Brent and he is a no nonsense get to work kind of man. He did a great job finding the issue with my AC and quickly repaired it. He is very friendly as well! The cost of the repair was very fair and this company has earned my business in the future. I highly recommend them!"

  • "Exceptional Service from Start to Finish We had an outstanding experience with Liberty Cooling and Heating. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everything was handled with true professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tim, who personally came out to do our estimate, a rare touch these days and much appreciated. On the day of the job, Richard and Alex showed up right on time and efficiently removed our old rooftop evap cooler. They worked quickly, safely, and left zero mess behind. You wouldn’t even know they’d been on the roof. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail and genuine customer care. While finishing up, Richard noticed a package left out by an Amazon driver at our neighbor’s house. On his way out, he walked over and tucked it safely under their doormat. He also noticed we had set a bag of garbage outside and without being asked, he ran it over to the bin for us. That’s above and beyond. This is exactly what service should be.   • "Old a/c unit in our park model failed to cool during record October heat. Liberty got to us following morning first thing. I was prepared to hear that unit was “toast” . Tech said he wasn’t here to sell us a new unit, began basic testing and quickly found 3 simple to fix problems. There was no trip charge, parts cost was minimal, labor charge reasonable. $190 later unit continued to cool satisfactorily for remaining days of high heat. Tech felt it should be good to go for good service for another year or two but no guarantees. I would recommend this company without hesitation. They are on our resort’s list of a/c service companies, apparently for good reason."
