- Pad, line voltage to home 100 amp house panel, disconnect, electric whip, 75' refrigerant lines, (2) line set covers, necessary condensate, low voltage life line
- Additional charges for line voltage to pedestal - extended refrigerant lines - line set covers
- Floor plan with proper condenser location, and proper air handler location to be coordinated prior to installation.
- Adequate space above windows or cabinetry must be provided for proper air handler installation
- Price quoted is for Gree mini split system. Please call for pricing on any other brand as price increase may be necessary
