Service Info

• We aim to provide same day or next day service. Our service technicians are not "sales techs". Our Goal is to provide diagnosis with honest assessment combined with low repair costs to get your system operating properly. 
• We make every attempt to stock our service vans with most universal parts to eliminate additional labor rates and to avoid delays in manufacturer shipment of necessary replacement part.
• You, the customer, are provided with helpful and courteous office staff during normal office hours and "on call" answering service after hours to better service your needs

Service call rate - $70.00 per hour

Weekend/Holiday Rate - $100.00 per hour

* We do not charge service call fees, only hourly rates*

• Additional charge for necessary replacement parts or materials 
• Additional trip charge fee may apply if located outside of metro phoenix area - please ask your operator or office representative if additional trip charge rate will be applied
